Made of premium ultra fine submicron grade solid carbide for maximum tool strength.  Our tools are manufactured on our own fully automated CNC equipment in our facility in Massachusetts.  All of our engraving tools are CNC qualified and inspected with our state of the art optical measuring microscopes.

Engrave using a CNC milling machine with a Spring Loaded Engraving Tool. 

Engrave curved, uneven and flat surfaces faster than using a rigid tool using a Spring Loaded Engraving Tool.  Engrave glass, deburr and polish using a Spring Loaded Engraving Tool.

Converts text in any font or size into standard g-code. Engraves logos, pictures and drawings. Import, scale, and export DXF files.  Creates incrementing serial Numbers in any font or size. Additional Single Line Engraving Fonts are available. 

Free Light Version of our Software is included with your purchase of a Spring Loaded Engraving Tool Kit. The Full Version offers additional functionality including incrementing/serialization of part numbers.

Single Line Engraving Fonts Set of Single Line, Stick Type fonts for use with Engraving 2L Software Programs.

Vac-Vise Modular Vacuum Chucks 8" x 12" pallets can be combined to increase your vacuum workholding area.  System allows quick and flexible for set up for prototypes and is excellent for high production workholding.

The Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck can be used as a vacuum chuck or pallet for workholding and fixturing.

Large Scale Vacuum Chucks produced from flat ground hi-tensile cast aluminum plate.

Large Vacuum Chucks are available in two standard sizes of 18" x 36" or 24" x 48".
