Large Vacuum Chucks
- 2L Large Vacuum Chucks are produced from flat ground hi-tensile Cast Aluminum plate.
- Vacuum Chucks Are Shipped Ground Flat.
- Design allows for skim cut removal of material to reflatten the surface if necessary.
- Multiple Vacuum Chucks can be used in the same CNC Machine to create extremely large vacuum workholding areas.
- Precision Aluminum Vacuum Chucks are available in 3 standard sizes.
- 13″ x 25″ x 1.5″.
- 18″ x 36″ x 1.5″.
- 24″ x 48″ x 1.5″.
- Special grid design:
- Maximizes vacuum holding power.
- Allows for removing material from the top surface if the Vacuum Chuck is damaged during use or if the Vacuum Chuck needs to be re-machined flat.
- 1/2″ spacing between the Gasket Cord Slots.
- Provides for flexible workpiece placement.
- Optimizes table space.

- Each Vacuum Chuck has individual Vacuum Ports with multiple vacuum holes per port which allow for flexible use of the entire top surface.
- Each port can be shut off individually.
- The 18” x 36”, and 24” x 48” Vacuum Chucks have four vacuum ports.
- The 13” x 25” Vacuum Chuck has three vacuum ports.
Automatic Air Powered Vacuum Pump
Portable Automatic Vacuum Pump System for vacuum workholding, fixturing and vacuum forming.
This Vacuum Pump can be used with all of the 2L Modular Vacuum Chucks, Large Vacuum Chucks, and many other vacuum workholding systems.
It creates a vacuum using standard shop air pressure and automatically turns on and off as required to maintain a set point.
The Automatic Vacuum Switch controls the operation of the Vacuum Pump. As the vacuum level drops in the storage tank, the Vacuum Switch turns the Air Venturi Vacuum Pump on until the upper limit of the vacuum is reached. Once the upper vacuum limit is reached the Air Venturi Vacuum Pump shuts off. The Air Venturi Vacuum Pump cycles on and off automatically as needed, therefore constant monitoring is not necessary.
- 4.5 SCFM Vacuum Pump.
- Uses 5 SCFM of Compressed Air.
- 10.5 Gallon Steel Tank with Wheels, Handle, and a Bottom Drain.
- Maximum vacuum generated is 22″ HG – 26″ HG (10.8 psi – 12.8 psi).
- Only 70-80 psi air pressure is required to obtain the maximum vacuum.
- Automatic on/off Adjustable Vacuum Switch allows the Vacuum Pump to be left unattended for periods of time.
- 3/8″ NPT Vacuum Inlet Port.
- Large visible Inlet Filter with washable metal vacuum filter acts as a coolant trap to help keep contaminants from entering the tank.

Drill-Through Workpieces
- Replaceable Top Plates and the low slip Vacuum Gasket Sheets allow drilling through and machining around the outside of the workpieces without damage to the Vacuum Chuck.
- Replaceable Top Plates to prevent damage to the Vacuum Chuck when cutting through workpieces, and custom fixtures and top plates.
- Optional Replaceable Top Plates allow for machining and drilling through the workpiece, eliminating possible damage to the surface of the Vacuum Chuck.

- The 13″ x 25″ Vacuum Chuck is small enough Vacuum Chuck that it is manageable in size and weight for operators to more easily move the vacuum chuck to machine workspaces as needed.

When using a vacuum chuck for workholding, the Vacuum Switch can be used to tie inline with the Feed-Hold Switch on the CNC Machine to stop the cnc movement if your vacuum is lost.

- 10 feet hose length, 5/8″ ID-7/8″OD.

Gasket Cord:
All Large Size Vacuum Chucks are designed to use two Gasket Cord sizes.
