No-Clog Air Exhaust Mufflers/Silencers are used to quiet air exhausted from Pneumatic Air Tools, Air Venturi Vacuums, Industrial Air Equipment, Blow Molds, Air Cylinders, Air Venturi Vacuum Pumps, AC Pumps, and other Air/Pneumatic Equipment and Systems.
The Pneumatic Air Exhaust Muffler/Silencer’s no-clog, straight-through, open-bore design inhibits clogging from exhaust contaminants such as mold release residue or plastic waste. Due to the no-clog design, 2L Silencers/Pneumatic Mufflers are excellent for use in environments where contaminants would ordinarily clog Air Tools.
Anodized Aluminum construction allows for use in harsh, dirty environments or clean rooms.
Obtain air exhaust noise reduction levels from approximately 12 db – 30 db.
Pneumatic No Clog Air Exhaust Silencers are available in three variations:
- Single/Individual Silencer – reduce air exhaust noise up to 24 db.
- Stacked Silencer Systems – reduce air exhaust noise up to 27 db.
- Heavy Duty Industrial Silencers – reduce air exhaust noise up to 30 db.

- Reduce air exhaust noise levels 12-27 db.
- No-Clog, straight through open bore design inhibits clogging from exhaust contaminants such as mold release residue or plastic waste.
- Filter free design limits potential clogging.
- Anodized Aluminum construction allows use in harsh, dirty environments or cleanrooms.
- A No Clog Air Exhaust Silencer can be used to reduce noise levels of an Air Venturi Vacuum by connecting tubing or hose to the outlet port to redirect the exhaust air.

Heavy Duty/Industrial Silencers
- Reduce air exhaust noise levels up to approximately 30db.
- Thick walled rugged design allows for use in the harshest environments, including the oil and gas industry marine applications.
- Straight-through wide open path resists clogging and produces no back pressure.
- Opening of 1/2” (12.7mm) or 3/8” (9.5mm) allows large particles (dirt, rust, contaminants) to pass straight through.
- Effectively reduces noise from both continuous flows and intermittent popping type noises.
- Two piece design allows opening the muffler for inspection or replacing the foam insert. No tools are needed to open the muffler.
- Each Heavy Duty Silencer includes one foam insert, which can be removed for high temperature applications.
- The removable foam insert increases the noise reduction.
- Solid flat black Anodized Aluminum for harsh environments.
