- With the push of a button, the serial numbers can be saved as either a single g-code file containing all the different serial numbers or each individual serial number can be saved in its own individual nc file.
- If you choose to save the serial numbers into individual files, the files are named as the serial number to allow easily calling them out as a subprogram from your main machining program using a simple counter.

2D Data Matrix Barcodes

- Engrave 2D Data Matrix Barcodes (UID) on Standard 3 or 4 Axis CNC Milling Machines or Multi Axis Lathes.
- Perform Direct Part Marking (DPM).
- The software outputs standard g-code to control virtually any cnc machine.
- The 2D DataMatrix barcodes can be produced using an engraving tool, the Spring Loaded Engraving Tool, or the CNC Dot Peen Marking Tool.
