We require a minimum order amount of $150 USD (excluding shipping fees) for all shipments outside USA, Mexico and Canada.

If you are located outside the above list contact us by email, or call us with your tooling requirements and complete company information. We will reply quickly with pricing, shipping options, availability, payment options, or if we have any questions.

International orders can be shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS Air Parcel (postal service) with the shipping fee added to your total due.  The customer may have the opportunity to provide their UPS, DHL or Fed Ex Collect account number for the shipping.

Payment methods for the above listed countries accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and EFT bank payment.  2L reserves the right to require EFT payment for your order if we deem it necessary.

Once your order is submitted we will contact you via email with any necessary changes, requirements, or additional information needed before processing your payment, order, or shipping.

Shipping insurance is required for international orders. The Insurance fee is the responsibility of the customer and is included in the PP/Add shipping fee. If shipping via collect using customer account number, insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

All GST, Tariffs, Taxes, Duties, Fees, VAT, etc. that are applicable for the ship to country are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, or the shipping carrier is unable to deliver, for any reason, the shipment will be returned to 2L inc. and refund for the order is not available.

Freight Terms: US/Canada/Mexico – FOB, Hudson Massachusetts.
All other international locations: Ex Works.
