Top Plates For Vacuum Chucks Protect Vacuum Chuck Surface
Replaceable Top Plates for Vacuum Chucks are most commonly used used to protect the surface of the Vacuum Chuck. Top plates are fastened to the top of the Vacuum Chuck while drilling through workpieces when machining and cutting.
Each Top Plate design allows for skim cut removal of material to reflatten the surface if necessary.
Top Plates can also be machined to create specific fixturing for workpieces.
