Large Vacuum Chucks – Precision Ground Hi-Tensile Cast Aluminum
3 Standard Sizes – Large Vacuum Chucks Available
Large Vacuum Chucks For Production Vacuum Workholding, Fixturing
2L Precision Large Vacuum Chucks are produced from flat ground hi-tensile Cast Aluminum plate.
Large Vacuum Chucks can be used with your existing Vacuum Pump or with a 2L Air Venturi Vacuum Pump or Oil-Free Portable Electric Vacuum Pump.
Each Vacuum Chuck has individual Vacuum Ports with multiple vacuum holes per port which allow for flexible use of the entire top surface.
The grid design maximizes vacuum holding power and allows for removing material from the top surface if the Vacuum Chuck is damaged. 1/2″ spacing between the Gasket Cord Slots provides for flexible workpiece placement, optimizes table space, and optimizes the amount of workpiece exposed to the vacuum.
Threaded holes in the top surface of the Vacuum Chucks allow use of Workstops for aligning workpieces.
Precision Vacuum Chucks available in 3 standard sizes.
- 13″ x 25″ x 1.5″.
- 18″ x 36″ x 1.5″.
- 24″ x 48″ x 1.5″.
Custom size Vacuum Chucks are produced in house with quick turn-around time.
These Large Vacuum Chucks are also available in a Complete Vacuum Chuck & Vacuum Pump System which include everything needed to get started vacuum workholding. View Complete Vacuum Chuck and Pump Systems.
Optional Replaceable Top Plates allow for machining and drilling through the workpiece, eliminating possible damage to the surface of the Vacuum Chuck.

Full Details - 13" x 25" Large Vacuum Chucks:
13″ x 25″ Vacuum Chuck:
- 13″ x 25″ Vacuum Chucks are produced from flat ground hi-tensile cast aluminum plate.
- 1/2″ spacing between the gasket cord slots maximizes vacuum holding power and provides for flexible workpiece placement. This optimizes the table space and maximizes the amount of the workpiece exposed to the vacuum.
- Additional threaded holes in the top surface of the Vacuum Chuck allow for use of Workstops to align workpieces and to attach a Replaceable Top Plate.
- Vacuum Chucks are shipped ground flat. Its’ design allows for material to be removed from the top surface of the vacuum chuck if damaged during use, or needs to be re-machined flat after use.
- This is small enough Vacuum Chuck that it is manageable in size and weight for operators to more easily move the vacuum chuck to machine workspaces as needed.
- Multiple Vacuum Chucks can be used in the same CNC Machine to create extremely large vacuum workholding areas.
- Designed to use two Gasket Cord sizes.
- Gasket Cord for smaller workpieces, 1/8″ x 5/16″ (Part No. 10543).
- Gasket Cord for larger workpieces, 3/16″ x 5/16″ (Part No. 10544).
Vacuum Ports & 3 Port Assembly Connection:
- 3 vacuum holes per vacuum port for a total of 9 individual vacuum holes.
- The 9 individual vacuum holes allow for flexible use of the entire top surface of the Vacuum Chuck workspace.
- The 3 Port Vacuum Assembly includes Vacuum Gauge and multiple Air Shut Off Valves.
- Each of the 3 vacuum ports can be shut off individually.
- 3 Port Assembly is designed to allow quick-turn on/off for the vacuum air supply while machining.
Vacuum Pump Information:
- A Vacuum Pump is needed to create the vacuum for the Vacuum Chuck.
- An Air Venturi Vacuum or Portable Electric Vacuum Pump can be purchased separately.
- Complete Vacuum Systems including Vacuum Chuck, Pump Gasket and Port Assembly are available.
Protect the Surface of the Vacuum Chuck:
- Replaceable Drill Through Top Plates connect to the top surface of the Vacuum Chuck.
- Top Plates prevent damage to the Vacuum Chuck when cutting through workpieces.
- Several sizes are available separately.
