8″ x 12″ Modular Vacuum Chucks – Complete Vacuum Systems with Portable Automatic & Electric Vacuum Pumps and Air Venturi Vacuum Pump
The 8″ x 12″ Vacuum Chucks included in these Kits, and Complete Vacuum Workholding Systems are modular. Use a single 8″ x 12″ Vacuum Chuck, or connect multiple modular Vacuum Chucks (1, 2, 3, or 4) to create a custom size workspace. The Modular Vacuum Chucks allow for versatile set up for workholding, fixturing and prototyping.
Choose from three (3) Vacuum Pump options: Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump (this connects to a shop air compressor), Portable 10 CFM Oil Free Automatic Electric Vacuum Pump, and the Portable Air Powered 4.5 SCFM Automatic Vacuum Pump.
The Air Venturi Vacuum Pump connects to your air compressor to create the vacuum. Both Automatic Vacuum Pump Systems (Oil-Free/Electric, and Air Powered) each have an steel tank which acts similarly to a compressor. It automatically shuts on/off at the set vacuum and requires minimal set up time.

Vacuum Pumps for Workholding & Fixturing
Automatic On/Off Vacuum Pump – Portable Electric Vacuum Pump – Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pumps
Nine (9) sizes of Aluminum and PTFE Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pumps are available. These connect to shop air to create a vacuum. Air Venturi Vacuum Pumps are used for Vacuum Chuck workholding applications, solid or liquid materials transfer, and custom hold down fixturing and clamping applications. They are also used as an AC Vacuum Pump to evacuate air conditioning systems.
The Portable 10 CFM Oil Free Automatic Electric Vacuum Pump System is used for high production Vacuum Workholding, Fixturing, and Vacuum Forming. It can be used with all of the 2L Vacuum Chucks and many other vacuum workholding systems. The Automatic Vacuum Switch controls the operation of the Vacuum Pump. As the vacuum level drops in the storage tank, the Vacuum Switch turns the Vacuum Pump on until the upper limit of the vacuum is reached. Once the upper vacuum limit is reached the Vacuum Pump shuts off. The Electric Vacuum Pump cycles on and off automatically as needed, therefore constant monitoring is not necessary.
The Portable Air Powered 4.5 SCFM Automatic Vacuum Pump creates a vacuum using standard shop air pressure and automatically turns on and off as required to maintain a set point. It can be used with all of the 2L Vacuum Chucks and many other vacuum workholding systems. It is an affordable, maintenance free and environmentally friendly option for vacuum workholding. Only 70-80 psi air pressure is required to obtain the maximum vacuum. Automatic On/Off Adjustable Vacuum Switch reduces air usage and allows the Vacuum Pump to be left unattended for periods of time.
