2L announced its’ superior quality Solid Carbide Two Flute Square End Mills are now available with nAlTiN+ Coating. The nAlTiN+ Coating is now available for Ferrous Cutting Square End Mills with 1/4″ Tool Shank Diameter, with 1/8″ and 1/4″ Cutter Diameters. These nAlTiN+ coated End Mills are designed with two flutes and a 30 degree helix.
These Standard nAlTiN+ Coated End Mills are designed to Machine, Cut, and Finish a wide range of materials such as Stainless Steel, Mold and Alloy Steels, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium and many other materials.
Each tool bit is manufactured with a Premium, Ultra Fine, Nano Grade, Solid Carbide for maximum tool strength and durability.
