- Armor Mill Tools are Solid Carbide, Two Flute End Mill Style Tools that are used to remove Broken Taps, drill out broken taps and drills, Machine Granite, Hardened Steels and other very hard materials.
- Machine into rough and jagged shaped broken drills or taps where other tools might walk unless spot drilled with a larger drill.
- Machine and cut extremely hard materials not possible with standard drills: Granite, Stone, Hardened Steel, Marble, Armor Plate, High Speed Steel, Concrete, Cobalt Steel and more.
- It is recommended to use the Armor Mills in a rigid machine (cnc machines, machining centers, kneemills, and lathes) with the parts held securely.
- Uncoated Custom Armor Mills are produced in approx. 1 week.
- Coated Custom Armor Mills are produced in approx. 3-4 weeks.
