Use for Creating Extremely Small, Fine, Delicate Letters, Lines and Shapes
- Micro Profilers are used for rotary engraving and marking to create small, fine and delicate engraving. They are typically used for very shallow marking.
- The 2.0" long tools are used:
- In a collet, end mill holder, shrink fit holder, or other rigid tool holder and marking equipment.
- These tools are not recommended for use with a Spring Loaded Engraving Tool.
- The 6.5" long tools are used:
- In Table Top or Top Loading Engraving Machines.
- .65" Split Length.
- For increased tool life multiple passes and use of coolant are recommended due to the Micro Profilers micro design.
- Premium, Ultra-Fine, Nano Grade Solid Carbide for maximum tool strength and durability.
- Engraves many materials:
- G style = for Harder Materials: Metals, Steels, Stainless Steel, harder Woods and others.
- S style = for Softer Materials: Plastic, Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Acrylic, Brass, Bronze, Silver, Copper, Nickel and other soft, gummy materials. This tool is designed with much sharper clearance angles to reduce burring.
