Modular Vacuum Chucks
Modular 8" x 12" Vacuum Chucks are a unique system that allows several Vacuum Chuck Pallets to be connected to increase the vacuum workholding area as needed.Connect 2, 3, 4 or more Vacuum Chucks to increase the workspace. This allows for quick and flexible set up for prototypes and is excellent for high production workholding due to easy repeatable set up.
Modular Vacuum Chucks can be used as a Vacuum Chuck using a Vacuum Pump, or use as a workholding Pallet with Workstops and Edge Clamps eliminating the need for custom fixturing. Purchase Modular Vacuum Chucks separately or as a complete Vacuum System with Modular Vacuum Chuck and either Portable Electric Vacuum Pump or Air Venturi Generator as the vacuum source.
Vacuum Chucks - Large
Large Vacuum Chucks are produced from flat ground hi-tensile cast aluminum plate. Each Vacuum Chuck has individual Vacuum Ports with multiple vacuum holes per port which allow for flexible use of the entire top surface.The special grid design maximizes vacuum holding power and allows for removing material from the top surface if the Vacuum Chuck. 1/2" spacing between the Gasket Cord Slots provides for flexible workpiece placement and optimizes table space and the amount of workpiece exposed to the vacuum. Threaded holes in the top surface of the Vacuum Chucks allow Workstops for aligning workpieces to be used and allow holding down disposable top plates.
Large Vacuum Chucks are available in three standard sizes of 13" x 25", 18" x 36" or 24" x 48".
Purchase these Vacuum Chucks separately or as a complete Vacuum System with Vacuum Chuck with either a Portable Electric Vacuum Pump or Air Venturi Generator and accessories.

Vacuum Pumps
Oilless Electric Vacuum Pump
Portable Electric Vacuum Pump for creating a vacuum for workholding. Portable 20 gallon ASME tank with a 10 CFM vacuum system.Maximum vacuum is 26” Hg. 3/4 hp oilless vacuum pump motor.
This Electric Vacuum Pump can accommodate a 1,200 sq. in. Vacuum Chuck.
Air Venturi Vacuums
Air Powered Venturi Vacuum Pumps create a vacuum for workholding, fixturing and clamping using normal compressed air. Venturi Vacuum straight through design helps prevent clogging from particles or contaminants.Use the Air Venturi Vacuum Pump with Vacuum Chucks or many other workholding or custom hold down and fixturing applications. Standard NPT sizes of 3/8" and 1/4" NPT are available.

These Low profile Adjustable Workstops and Edge Clamps reduce set up and eliminate the need for custom fixtures.These low profile clamps hold a wide range of part sizes including small, thin, corners or odd shaped workpieces.
No-Clog Air Exhaust Silencers
No-Clog Air Silencers quiet air tools, industrial air guns and other pneumatic tools.The no clog, straight through design allows use of the No-Clog Air Exhaust Tool Silencer where contaminants ordinarily clog air mufflers on air tools.
Multi-use individual Silencers are available with approximate noise reduction of 12-16db, Stacked Silencer Systems from 19-27db and Industrial, Heavy Duty Silencers for use in rugged environments such as oil and gas or marine environments allow for an approximate noise level reduction levels of 20-30db.
