Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump (Catalog No.: 10033) 1/4" NPT Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump creates a vacuum using compressed air.
Its' straight through design helps prevent clogging. The vacuum operates by supplying compressed air to the supply port. When
air pressure is applied, the Venturi
creates a vacuum at one end and the air is exhausted out the other end.
Vacuum Flow (SCFM): 4.5 Amount of Supply Air Used (SCFM): 5 Diameter of straight through vacuum flow path (Bore Diameter): 0.20" (5mm) Workholding / Fixturing calculations: Hold down force is calculated simply by: Force = (area of part being held in sq. in.) x (vacuum in psi). For Example, if you are using a 3" round suction cup to hold a part the force applied to the part is: 7.069 x 11.8psi = 83lbs of holding force (For reference: 24"HG=11.8psi) Where 7.069 is the area of the circle (πr2) = 3.14159 x 1.52 View additional information, typical supply air consumption rates and vacuum flow rates. |

Vacuum Chucks are a versatile Vacuum Chuck System that eliminates the need to
create custom fixtures and allows easy prototyping of workpieces.
 The 8" x 12" Vacuum Chuck is modular in design allowing use of a single Vacuum Chuck Pallet, or combine 2, 3, 4 or more of the Vacuum Chucks to quickly change the size of the workholding area. Four preconfigured Kits are available in these Complete Vacuum Systems with 1, 2, 3 or 4 Vacuum Chuck Pallets. Order the optional Vise-Block separately as needed. |
