These Complete Vacuum Chuck and Pump Systems use the 2L Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chucks with an Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump. This Complete Vacuum Chuck and Pump System includes everything needed to get started vacuum chuck workholding including Vacuum Chuck, Vacuum Pump and vacuum accessories.

These Systems are available with Modular Vacuum Chuck Kits with 1, 2, 3, or 4 Vacuum Chuck Pallets and Oilless Electric Vacuum Pump.

Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump (Catalog No.: 10033)


Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump 1/4" NPT Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump creates a vacuum using compressed air.

Straight through design helps prevent clogging. Operates by supplying compressed air to the supply port. When air pressure is applied, the venturi creates a vacuum at one end. The air is exhausted out the other end.

Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck Kit (Select # of Vacuum Chucks Below)

Single Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck pallet shown with adjustable workstops and accessoriesA single modular vacuum chuck pallet is 8" x 12" x 1.45".  The Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck allows for quick set ups and consistent workpiece placement.

Combine 1, 2, 3, or 4 (8" x 12") vacuum chuck pallets to create the size vacuum workholding area required.

Used to quiet air exhausted from the Air Venturi Vacuum.

 

Vacuum Manifold (Catalog No.: 10270)


Vacuum Manifold

Use to connect the Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck to a vacuum pump. Has 1/4” NPT threads.

Manifold includes: Vacuum Gauge, Brass Tee Fitting, 2-1/4” M NPT - 1/4” M NPT Fittings, 2 shut-off valves.
