24" x 48" x 1.5" Vacuum Chuck (Catalog No.: 10547) and
4 Port (1/4" NPT) Vacuum Hose Connection (Catalog No.: 10550)
The Vacuum Chuck is produced from flat ground hi-tensile cast aluminum plate.
Four individual vacuum ports with multiple vacuum holes per port allow
flexible use of the entire top surface. A special grid design maximizes
vacuum holding power and allows for removing material from the top surface if
the vacuum chuck is damaged during use or if the vacuum chuck needs to be
re-machined flat.
Threaded holes in the top surface of the vacuum chuck allow work stops for
aligning workpieces to be used and allow holding down disposable top plates to
prevent damage to the vacuum chuck when cutting through workpieces. These
chucks are shipped ground flat.
The design allows for skim cut removal of material to re-flatten the surface
if necessary. |
Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump (Catalog No.: 10033)
1/4" NPT Air Venturi Vacuum Generator Pump creates a vacuum using compressed air. Straight through design helps prevent
clogging. Operates by supplying compressed air to the supply port. When air pressure is applied, the venturi creates a vacuum at one end. The air is
exhausted out the other end. |
Gasket Cord - Two different size gasket cords are provided in this complete kit
Gasket Cord for smaller workpieces (Catalog No. 10543)
1/8" x 5/16" - 50 ft. roll
Gasket Cord for larger workpieces (Catalog No. 10544)
3/16" x 5/16" - 50 ft. roll
Both gasket cords are designed to fit into the slots of our large vacuum chucks (18" x 36" and 24" x 48" Vacuum Chucks) to provide a vacuum seal.

Vacuum Hose Kit (Catalog No.: 10262)
Hose allows your vacuum to be located away from your machine. This has 1/4" NPT and 3/8" NPT connectors.
Kit includes: Hose - 10 feet length, 2 - 5/8" hose barbs, 2 - 3/8" F NPT - 1/4" M NPT Hex Adaptors, Hose Clamp. |
No Clog Air Exhaust Silencer (Catalog No.: 10031)
1/4" NPT No Clog Air Exhaust Silencer. Used to quiet air exhausted from the Air Venturi Vacuum. |
