Aluminum Replaceable Top Plates for Drill Through Applications
Replaceable Aluminum Top Plates are available for use with the 2L Vacuum Chucks and Vacuum Chuck Systems.
Secure the Top Plate (s) to the surface of the Vacuum Chuck to prevent damage to the Vacuum Chuck when cutting through workpieces.
Replaceable Top Plates are shipped ground flat. The design allows for skim cut removal of material to re-flatten the surface if necessary.
Standard sizes are available. Custom Top Plates can be produced with quick lead times.

Aluminum Top Plate used to cover the surface of the Vacuum Chuck. A single or multiple Top Plates can be used to cover the work surface of the Large Chucks. Allows
cutting through or machining around the outside of workpieces without damaging the Vacuum Chuck.
