Vacuum Chucks for Workholding

Gasket Cord

Two different size gasket cords are available to fit into the slots of the large vacuum chucks (18" x 36" and 24" x 48" vacuum chucks).  Gasket Cords provide a vacuum seal.

Gasket Cord for smaller workpieces:
(Catalog No. 10543) 1/8" x 5/16" - 50 ft. roll

Gasket Cord for larger workpieces
(Catalog No. 10544) 3/16" x 5/16" - 50 ft. roll

Vacuum Hose Kit

Hose allows your vacuum to be located away from your machine. Has 1/4” NPT and 3/8” NPT connectors.  Kit includes: Hose: 10 feet length, 2 - 5/8” hose barbs, 2 - 3/8" F NPT - 1/4 M NPT Hex Adaptors, Hose Clamp.

This item is used with 2L Vacuum Chucks, Electric Vacuum Pump, Venturi Vacuums and many other vacuum applications.

Four Port Vacuum Connection - 1/4 NPT

Includes Vacuum Gauge.

For use with 24" x 48" Vacuum Chuck. Shipped unassembled.

8" x 12" Aluminum Top Plate

Precision ground, replaceable aluminum plate for covering the surface of the 2L Vacuum Chucks.  Allows drilling through or machining around the outside of workpieces without damaging the Vacuum Chuck.  Numbered hole locations allow for quick set ups and consistent workpiece placement.

Includes 5 machine-able brass screws for securing in place.

Dimensions: 8" width x 12" length x 3/8" thickness.

This 1/8" diameter Gasket Cord fits into the slots of the Aluminum Top Plates to provide a vacuum seal.
