Vacuum Chucks for Workholding

Gasket Cord

Two different size gasket cords are available to fit into the slots of the large vacuum chucks (18" x 36" and 24" x 48" vacuum chucks).  Gasket Cords provide a vacuum seal.

Gasket Cord for smaller workpieces

Gasket Cord for larger workpieces
(Catalog No. 10544) 3/16" x 5/16" - 50 ft. roll

Vacuum Hose Kit

Hose allows your vacuum to be located away from your machine. Has 1/4” NPT and 3/8” NPT connectors.  Kit includes: Hose: 10 feet length, 2 - 5/8” hose barbs, 2 - 3/8" F NPT - 1/4 M NPT Hex Adaptors, Hose Clamp.

(This item can be used with Vac-Vise, Electric Vacuum Pump, Venturi Vacuums and other vacuum applications.)

Four Port Vacuum Hose Connection - 1/4 NPT

Includes Vacuum Gauge.

For use with 18" x 36" Vacuum Chuck. Shipped unassembled.

Aluminum Vacuum Chuck Top Plate

Precision ground, replaceable aluminum plate for covering the surface of the Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck. Allows drilling through or machining around the outside of workpieces without damaging the vacuum chuck.  Includes 5 machine-able brass screws for securing in place. Numbered hole locations allow for quick set ups and consistent workpiece placement.

Dimensions: 8" width x 12" length x 3/8" thickness.
