Aluminum Vacuum Chuck Top Plate

Aluminum Vacuum Chuck Top Plate

 Precision ground, replaceable aluminum plate for covering the surface of the Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck.

Allows drilling through or machining around the outside of workpieces without damaging the vacuum chuck.  Includes 5 machine-able brass screws for securing in place.

Numbered hole locations allow for quick set ups and consistent workpiece placement.8" width x 12" length x 3/8" thickness.

Workholding Tape

Double Sided Workholding Tape

 Firmly holds workpieces in position. One side has a strong permanent adhesive. The other is coated with a removable adhesive.

The removable adhesive allows removal of the workpiece without damaging it or leaving residue. It also allows for removal and repositioning of the workpiece many times.

Multiple Pallet Connector for Vac-Vise

Vac-Vise Connector

 Lock two or more Modular Vac-Vise Chucks together to increase the size of the workspace area.  Can also be used as a clamping area to hold the pallet down to the machine table. Includes four 5/16"-18 screws to connect to your pallet.

A minimum of four Pallet Connectors are needed to connect 2 Vac-Vise Pallets. When connecting 3 or more Vac-Vise Pallets, the quantity needed will depend on your Pallet layout configuration.

Side and End Workstops

 Attach to the sides and ends of the Vac-Vise or Pallet-Vise to locate the workpiece.

The height of the Workstops can be adjusted to allow for clearance of your tool.

Each End or Side Workstop includes two 1/4” screws and two washers to attach to the pallet.
