 These 2 and 4 Flute Corner Radius Endmills are produced from an ultra fine submicron nano grade solid carbide, with a small added corner radius which maximizes the strength and durability of the cutting edge and improves the surface finish when compared to milling with standard endmills or single fluted parallel cutters.

The corner radius reduces edge chipping by strengthening the end of the tool.

These Endmills are CNC qualified and designed, tested and manufactured in our facility.

These High Performance Helical Corner Radius Endmills are suitable for materials from soft plastics to tough aerospace alloys including aluminum, stainless steel, mold and alloy steels, inconel, hastelloy, and titanium.

Endmills are produced from an ultra fine submicron grade carbide for maximum strength.
