2L Countersink Tools are designed for countersinking, chamfering or deburring.
Each size may be used on a wide range of hole diameters. The solid carbide shanks ensure maximum rigidity to reduce chatter. The Countersinks with integrated pilot drills reduce chattering by allowing the pilot to closely fit into a predrilled hole. Custom Pilot sizes, number of flutes, or different included angles are available on any Countersink with short lead times. Countersink Tools can be used in a rigid toolholder or with the 2L Countersink Depth Stop Tool. 2L Countersink Tools are made of a premium sub-micron grade of carbide for maximum strength and durability. |
