Solid carbide cutting tool designed for countersinking, chamfering or deburring. Each size may be used on a wide range of hole diameters. 2L Countersinks are designed for countersinking, chamfering or deburring. Each size may be used on a wide range of hole diameters. The solid carbide shanks ensure maximum rigidity to reduce chatter. Customization, or different included angles are available on any Countersink with short leadtimes. The Single Flute Countersink has a tip diameter of 0.050” (1.27 mm). Countersink Tools can be used in a rigid toolholder or with the 2L Countersink Depth Stop Tool. 2L Countersink Tool bits are made of a premium sub-micron grade of carbide for maximum strength and durability.
