 Single Flute Countersink |
2L Countersinks have longer flute lengths than other standard countersinks to reduce
chips packing in the flutes. This Single Flute Countersink has a tip diameter of 0.030” (0.76mm). Custom Pilot sizes, number of flutes, or different included angles are available on any Countersink with short lead times. Countersink Tools can be used in a rigid toolholder or with the 2L Countersink Depth Stop Tool. We also offer Countersinks with integrated pilot drills that reduce chattering by allowing the pilot to closely fit into a predrilled hole (view Countersinks with Pilots here). |
