engraving product line at the EASTEC Convention, being held in Springfield,
MA from May 23-25, 2006.
The Spring Loaded Engraving Tool Kit allows machine shop operators to
inexpensively add engraving capabilities to a CNC mill. The Kit includes a
Spring Loaded Engraving Toolholder, which fits into a standard 3/4" collet
or end-mill holder, one solid-carbide engraving toolbit, light spring for
engraving aluminum, spring assembly wrenches and the 2L Engraving Software.

collet holder which allows quick change of the engraving toolbits while the
Toolholder remains in the machine."
The 2L Engraving Tool Line features products which simplify engraving on a

brass, copper, steel, and glass. The 2L Engraving Software creates
incremental serial numbers, engraves text, logos and drawings by creating
standard g-code that is compatible with any CNC control that recognizes G0
and G1 commands. The Reducing Shaft attachment allows the Spring Loaded Tool
to be held in a one-half-inch collet or endmill holder. The Engraving Depth
Controlling Nosepiece allows precise engraving depth control by limiting the
toolbit extension from the Spring Loaded Engraving Tool.
