The 2L inc. Engraving CAM Software can be used with any CNC machine or
machining center with a controller that recognizes G0 and G1 commands and
comes in three versions.

size, to run other machining programs before or after each serial number is
engraved, to rotate, align, and mirror the spacing between letters, words
and lines of text, to produce generic g-code nc programs that are compatible
with any cnc control that recognizes G0 and G1 commands, to import and scale
DXF files for engraving logos, pictures and drawings, to export the
engraving text as a DXF file for use in other CAD/CAM software programs, and
to operate using inches or mm.
The 2L Engraving Tool Line features products which simplify engraving on a
diverse range of materials of most densities including aluminum, plastic,
brass, copper, steel, stainless steel, glass and more.
The patented Spring Loaded Engraving Tool allows the engraving toolbit to
float over inconsistencies and odd-shapes in engraving materials, prolonging
the life of the toolbit and enabling more consistent engraving. The 2L
Engraving Software creates incremental serial numbers, engraves text, logos
and drawings by creating standard g-code that is compatible with any CNC
control that recognizes G0 and G1 commands. The Reducing Shaft attachment
allows the Spring Loaded Tool to be held in a one-half-inch collet or
endmill holder. The Engraving Depth Controlling Nosepiece allows precise
engraving depth control by limiting the toolbit extension from the Spring
