Replaceable Vacuum Chuck Top Plate is now available for use with 2L Modular Vacuum Chuck Systems

Source 2L inc. - Hudson, Massachusetts. 2L inc. announced today that it is accepting orders for its' new Replaceable Aluminum Top Plate for the Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck Systems.
The precision ground Replaceable Top Plate works in conjunction with the 2L Vac-Vise Modular Vacuum Chucks. It covers the surface of the Vacuum Chuck to allow drilling through and milling around the periphery of workpieces without damaging the surface of the Vacuum Chuck. The hole pattern of the Replaceable Top Plate is identical to the Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck for quick set up and consistent work piece placement.
The Replaceable Aluminum Top Plate fastens securely to the 2L Vacuum Chuck with the included brass screws which can be machined without causing damage to the standard cutting tools being used to machine the workpiece.

2L Vac-Vise Vacuum Chucks are sold in 4 pre-configured vacuum chuck kits for ease of ordering.
- Single Pallet Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck Kit - for smaller workholding efforts (pallet size of 8" W x 12" L).
- Two Pallet Vacuum Chuck Kit - (combined pallet size of 16" W x 12"L, or 8" W x 24" L)
- Three Pallet Vacuum Chuck Kit - (combined pallet size of 8" W x 36" L or 24" W x 12" L)
- Four Pallet Vacuum Chuck Kit - achieves a larger pallet workholding area (combined pallet area of 16" W x 24" L)
