Variable Speed Oil Skimmers remove unwanted oil in coolants from CNC Machines, Lathes, Oil Drums, Tanks and Part Washers.

• Oil Skimmer lengths available:  8 1/2", 11 1/2", 17 1/2" and 20 1/2".
   
• Easy set up:  Oil Skimmer easily attaches to CNC milling machines, lathes, oil drums, tanks and part washers.
   
• Lower Pulley and Belt Fit Inside a 55 Gallon Drum 2" Bung Hole.
   

• Easily adjust the amount of oil removed from coolant. Oil Skimmer motor speeds can be set from 4 - 45 RPM to vary the amount of oil being removed from the coolant.
   
• Oil Skimmers lift approximately 15 ounces - 3.3 quarts of oil per hour.
   
• Reduce costs: One Oil Skimmer can be used with 3 different length Belt and Support Bar Kits.
   
• Compact design fits in tight, awkward and confined locations.
   
• Oil Skimmer has a rugged aluminum and steel construction. The motor housing is sealed to prevent splashed liquids from damaging the motor and extend its’ life in harsh or dirty environments.
   
• Can be adapted for use with 12VDC battery for mobile systems.
   
• Adjustable mounting clamp allows easy assembly and relocation.
   
• Permanent or short term mounting. The Oil Skimmer can also be permanently attached to machines.
