Micro-tip Micro Profiler Engraving Tools are designed with small included angles and micro-small tip widths for miniature engraving and marking applications. Micro Profilers machine a variety of materials requiring extremely small tools. These cutters are used for rotating engraving of small letters and lines that run very close together and are often used for cutting out shapes from solid sheets. Micro Profilers are manufactured of superior quality submicron grade solid carbide. The Micro Profiler tool bits can be used with standard holders such as collets, end mill holders or shrink fit holders. Micro Profilers are typically not recommended for use with a Spring Loaded Tool.
