Parallel Ballnose Cutters: Straight Edge Ballnose Cutter

Solid carbide cutter with straight edges as opposed to the standard "V" shaped cut with an included full radius on the end. This tool produces a cut with straight walls and a rounded bottom. Extremely effective for reverse engraving acrylic and 3D engraving applications. The standard cutter depth is 3X the diameter up to a maximum depth of 1/2". Micro-Profilers are manufactured of superior quality submicron grade solid carbide. Use these engraving tools when engraving with a rigid toolholder, or with a Spring Loaded Engraving Tool, or with other engraving and marking systems.
