Profiler
& Micro Profiler Engraving Tools (P)
Solid carbide cutting tool similar to the Standard Conical Engraving Tool but
designed with a small included tip angle for producing a narrow cut.
Micro-Profilers are now available with smaller included
angles and tip widths.
These tools are often used for cutting out shapes from solid sheets and for engraving letters that run very close together.

Conical Ballnose Engraving Tool (B)
Solid carbide cutting tool shaped similar to a Standard Conical Engraving Tool
but with a radius on the tip. Produces a cut with a rounded bottom.
Testing has demonstrated that the 2L Conical Ballnose Engraving Tool can
withstand higher cutting forces than standard Ballnose Endmills or tapered
Ballnose Endmills.

Engraving
Mill-Drill Tool (M)
Solid carbide multi-purpose tool for engraving, chamfering, spot drilling and countersinking. Tool allows for engraving and machining a wide variety of materials from hard steels to soft plastics.
Reduces tool changes by allowing a single tool to be used for several different types of operations. The tool has a tip width of 0.010" to allow for very fine engraving.Use for engraving, chamfering, countersinking and spot drilling on: Wide variety of materials.

Solid carbide helical fluted endmills with a state of the art Full Eccentric
Relief to maximize the strength and durability of the cutting edge and improve

Burnishing Tool (BR)

Cutter Bevelers (CB)
Solid carbide cutting tool with a 0.060" diameter parallel cutting edge for
cutting through materials and a side angle for simultaneously producing a 45° bevel or chamfer on the edge of the material.Use on: Wide variety of materials.
Quarter Round Engraving Tool (Q)
Solid carbide cutting tool with a shape similar to a Standard Conical Engraving

Parallel Cutters (PC)
Solid carbide cutting tool with straight edges as opposed to the standard "V"
shaped cut. The standard cutter depth is 3X the diameter up to a maximum depth
of 1/2". Use on: Wide variety of materials.
Parallel Ballnose
Cutters (PB)
Solid carbide cutting tool with straight edges as opposed to the standard "V"
shaped cut with an included full radius on the end. Produces a cut with straight
walls and a rounded bottom. Extremely effective for reverse engraving acrylic
and 3D engraving applications. Use on: Wide variety of materials.
Pyramid Tool (Y)
Solid carbide cutting tool with 3 cutting edges in the shape of a pyramid. This
tool is often used for 3D profiling or for engraving epoxy coated pens. Use on: Wide variety of materials.
Diamond Engraving Tool
Engrave glass, stone, ceramic, granite and other very hard materials and can be used for drag engraving on aluminum or brass. Produces a very fine line on the hardest materials such as glass, ceramics, and stone, and
