Our Solid Carbide Tools are made of premium ultra-fine submicron grade carbide for maximum tool strength and durability.

Our tools are CNC qualified and inspected with our state of the art optical measuring microscopes.

We design, test and manufacture in-house on the latest high speed machining centers and multi-axis lathes to ensure the tools we produce are the finest available anywhere.

	Engraving Tool Starter Kits The Engraving Tool Starter Kits include a set of six popular engraving tool styles. This selection of tool bits will familiarize you with our cutters and assist you to determine which tool is best for the material you are engraving. Engrave a wide range of materials: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Acrylic, Brass, Plastic and more.
	Standard Conical - for General Purpose (C) The Standard Conical Tool is the most commonly used engraving tool. It engraves a wide variety of materials. This tool is for use on Steels, harder Aluminum, Metals, Stainless Steel and more. General Purpose Tool for many materials: Aluminum, Steels, and more.
	Standard Conical - for Softer Materials (C) This Softer Material Engraver Style of the Standard Conical Tool is designed specifically for soft and gummy materials such as soft Plastics, Aluminum and Brass. Its' keener cutting edge reduces the chance of burrs on softer materials. Use For: Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Brass, Plastic, Copper and more.
	Tough Tip (T) Durable engraving tool designed to engrave hard materials such as Stainless Steel, Steels, Hardened Steel and other difficult to engrave materials. Its' unique, patent-pending design maximizes the tip strength of the tool. Use For: Stainless Steel, Metals, Tool Steel, Gun Steel, Inconel, Hasteloy and Hardened Steels.
	Tough Tip for Aluminum (T2) The Tough Tip Tool for Aluminum is designed for durability when engraving Aluminum. It has a sharper cutting edge to provide a cleaner cut with fewer burrs. Use For: Aluminum and Anodized Aluminum.
	Conical Ballnose (B) Radius tip engraving toolbit that produces a cut with a rounded bottom for use on Aluminum, Acrylic, Steels, Stainless and more. This tool is excellent for reverse 3D engraving. Testing has shown the Conical Ballnose tool can withstand higher cutting forces than standard Ballnose End Mills or tapered Ballnose End Mills. Use For: Aluminum, Acrylic, Stainless, Steels
	Engraving Chamfer Drill (M) Multi-purpose and rugged tool for chamfering, engraving, spot drilling and countersinking of Hard Steels, Plastics, Aluminum, and Metals. Reduce tool changes by using a single tool for several operations: engrave, chamfer, countersink and spot drill. Chamfer, Countersink, Engrave, Spot Drill: Hard Steels, Plastics, Aluminum, and Metals
	Burnishing (BR) This faceted tip style tool makes shallow cuts and rubs or burnishes the surface of the workpiece. It is extremely effective when removing plating or coating to expose the metal underneath coatings. Burnish: Plated or Coated Materials to expose metal surface.
	Composite Engraving Tool (CM) - NEW! The Composite Engraving Toolbit is used for marking Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Graphite, Abrasive Materials, PCB Boards, Copper, Epoxy, Wood Composites, and more. It is designed to engrave very difficult materials such as modern composite and laminated honeycomb materials. It is a special multi-faceted pyramid shaped tool produced from an ultra fine submicron grade of carbide. Use For: Carbon Fiber, Modern Composite, Laminated Honeycomb Materials, Glass Fiber, Epoxy, Wood Composites, Graphite, and more.
	Profiler (P) This tool is similar to the Standard Conical Tool but with a smaller included angle for producing narrower cuts. Engrave letters or lines that run very close together and cut out shapes from solid sheets on Aluminum, Plastic, Brass and more. For Small Engraving: Aluminum, Plastic, Brass, and more.
	Micro-Profiler (P) Micro-size tools designed with Micro-small tip widths and included angles. Mark Plastic and Aluminum when requiring extremely small tools and for letters that run very close together. For Very Small and Delicate Engraving: Aluminum, Plastic, Brass, and more.
	Carbide Point (CP) Carbide Point Scribing Tools produce a very fine line on practically any material. Rotate in a machine spindle, or hold stationary for drag engraving. Can produce very small engraved letters (0.030" tall) with a Spring Loaded Engraving Tool on Steel and Aluminum. This tool can be used in place of a diamond tip tool. 	Diamond Tip Use for drag and rotary engraving for many different applications and materials. The Diamond Tip engraving tool produces a very fine and shallow marked line or letter on Glass, Stainless, Steels, Aluminum, Brass, Ceramic, Granite and more. Drag and Rotary Engrave: Glass, Aluminum, Steel, Stainless, Brass, and more.
	2D Data Matrix UID (DM) Multi-faceted Pyramid shaped toolbit for Creating 2D Data Matrix, UID (Unique Identification Marks) Barcodes and Human Readable Text. This tool can be used for cutting through difficult to engrave plating and works well cutting through plating or painted parts that are prone to chipping. For: 2D Data Matrix Marking, and Plated or Painted Materials prone to chipping.
	Cutter Beveler (CB) Solid carbide engraving cutter with a 0.060" diameter parallel cutting edge. Used for cutting through materials. The side angle simultaneously produces a 45° bevel or chamfer on the edge of the material. For: Aluminum, Steel, Acrylic, Brass, and more.
	Parallel Cutters (PC) Cutter designed with straight edges as opposed to the standard "V" shaped cut. The standard cutter depth is 3X the diameter up to a maximum depth of 1/2". For: Aluminum, Steel, Acrylic, Brass, and more.
	Parallel Ballnose (PB) Straight edge cutter with an included full radius on the end produces a cut with straight walls and a rounded bottom. Extremely effective for reverse engraving acrylic and 3D engraving applications. For: Acrylic, Aluminum, Steel, Brass, and more.
	Pyramid (Y) Cutter with 3 cutting edges in the shape of a pyramid. This cutter is often used for 3D profiling or for engraving epoxy coated pens. For: Wide Range of Materials, Aluminum, Steels, Brass and more.
	Quarter Round (Q) Similar in design to the Standard Conical tool but has an additional split perpendicular to the first split. The split can create greater chip clearance which makes it effective for gummier materials. For: Wide Range of Materials, Aluminum, Steels, Brass and more.
	Split Blanks - Solid Carbide (SB) Solid Carbide Split Blanks. Available in tool diameter sizes of 1/8", 11/64", 3/16 and 1/4". Made of: Premium Ultra-Fine Submicron Grade Carbide.
