When Precise Depth of Engraving Is Required
For use with the Standard Spring Loaded Engraving Tools: 3/4" and 20 mm diameters
- Control depth of engraving in increments of 0.001".
- System controls the exposure of the cutting tool to the engraved part.
- Tip gradations of 0.001” can be achieved and easily modified.
- Both an aluminum and plastic nosepiece are provided for engraving on softer materials such as plastic, brass or copper.
- The Plastic Nosepiece is suggested for very soft plastic where scratching may be possible.
- The Depth Control Engraving System includes Measured Collet Nut, Plastic Nosepiece, Aluminum Nosepiece, Set Screws (2) and Hex Wrench.
