CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder
We are looking for a CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder to program, setup, and operate 5 axis tool grinding machines with autoloaders to grind new and recondition used carbide cutting tools used in production machining operations.
Grind various types of complex tool designs having specific dimensions, unusual tapers, angles, radii, etc., to close and exacting tolerances. Diagnose production tooling problems. Develop and correct tool grinding procedures to improve tool manufacturing processes.
Responsible for quality of own work. Proceed on work assignments with minimal supervision. (Experience with Anca and Cimulator experienced preferred). Strong computer skills are helpful. Knowledge of standard cutting tool designs (endmills, drills, etc.) and manufacturing methods are helpful.
