Electric Vacuum Pump (Catalog No.: 10263)

Portable Oilless Electric Vacuum Pump with a 20 gallon ASME tank with a 10 CFM vacuum system, 3/8” NPT connection, 3/4 hp oilless vacuum pump motor, vacuum gauge and a large visible inlet filter to remove coolant and debris. 

Pump accommodates a 1200 sq. in. vacuum chuck.  110 VAC / 9.2A power connection. Max. vacuum is 26” Hg.

Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck Kit
(Select # of Vacuum Chuck Pallets 1, 2, 3 or 4 Below)

Preconfigured modular Vacuum Chuck Kit for vacuum workholding. 

A single modular vacuum chuck pallet is 8" x 12" x 1.45".  The Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck allows for quick set ups and consistent workpiece placement. 

Combine 1, 2, 3, or 4 (8" x 12") vacuum chuck pallets to create the size vacuum workholding area required.

Order optional Vise-Block separately.

Vacuum Manifold (Catalog No.: 10270)

Use to connect the Vac-Vise to a vacuum pump. Has 1/4” NPT threads.

Manifold includes: Vacuum Gauge, Brass Tee Fitting, 2-1/4” M NPT - 1/4” M NPT Fittings, 2 shut-off valves.

Vacuum Hose Kit (Catalog No.: 10262)

Hose allows your vacuum to be located away from your machine. Has 1/4” NPT and 3/8” NPT connectors. 

Kit includes: Hose: 10 feet length, 2 - 5/8” hose barbs, 2 - 3/8" F NPT - 1/4 M NPT Hex Adaptors, Hose Clamp.

Vacuum Accessories used with Modular Vacuum Chucks

Vise-Block

Attach to the Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck or Pallet-Vise to allow for use in a 5" or larger milling vise.  Steel Black oxide construction. Six 1/4" - 20 screws included.

Gasket Cord

Fits into the slots of the Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck and the Aluminum Top Plate to provide a vacuum seal.

1/8" diameter - 100 ft. roll

Vacuum Chuck Top Plate (aluminum)

Precision ground, replaceable aluminum plate for covering the surface of the Modular Vac-Vise Vacuum Chuck and large vacuum chucks.

Allows drilling through or machining around the outside of workpieces without damaging the vacuum chuck. 

Includes 5 machineable brass screws for securing in place. Numbered hole locations allow for quick set ups and consistent workpiece placement.

8” width x 12” length x 3/8” thickness.

Custom Size and custom designed aluminum top plates are available.

Vacuum Quick Disconnect Couplings

Straight through couplings allow quick hose disconnect.
No internal valves in couplings.
