Springs

• Springs provide force against the tool bit.
• Stronger tension Springs can be used to apply greater force when engraving harder materials.
• Light Tension Spring - is included with each Mini Spring Loaded Engraving Tool Kit and can be used for most general purpose engraving (plastic, aluminum, etc.).
• Medium Tension Spring - can be used for Steel, SS, Irons.
• Heavy Tension Spring - can be used for Steel, etc., for greater depth of cut.
• Extra Heavy Tension Spring - Can be used for Steel, etc., for greater depth of cut.

These Springs are for use with the Mini Spring Loaded Engraving Tools.

Engraving Depth Control Nosepieces:

For use with Mini Spring Loaded Engraving Tools to control the depth of engraving in increments of 0.001".

• Available in aluminum and plastic for engraving on softer materials such as plastic, brass or copper.
• The plastic nosepiece is suggested for very soft plastic where scratching may be possible.
• Tip gradations of 0.001” can be achieved and easily modified to control the exposure of the cutting tool to the engraved part.
• Each Nosepiece includes one set screw.
