No-Clog Air Exhaust Silencers are used to quiet air exhausted from pneumatic air tools, industrial air guns, blow molds, air cylinders and other air/pneumatic systems. Use where contaminants ordinarily clog air silencers on air tools.
Can also be used to quiet a 2L Venturi Vacuum or AC Vacuum Pump.
- Obtain Noise reduction levels from 12 - 27 db.
- Straight through open bore design inhibits clogging from exhaust contaminants such as mold release residue or plastic waste.
- Standard NPT pipe thread sizes:
- Male Pipe Thread - 1/8”, 1/4” & 3/8”,
- Male/Female Pipe Thread - 1/8” & 1/4”. - All anodized aluminum construction can be used in harsh, dirty environments or cleanrooms.
- Use to quiet Venturi Vacuums or AC pump.
- To reduce noise:
- An individual No-Clog Air Exhaust Silencer (Type I), or
- Use a Complete Stacked Systems (Type III), or
- Combine a Male-Female pipe thread Silencer (Type II) to your existing 2L No-Clog Air Silencer (Type I) and create your own Stacked System.
